North Charlotte

North Charlotte includes the neighborhoods of Belmont, Derita, Hidden Valley, Highland Creek, University Creek, Villa Heights, and Wilson Height.

East Charlotte

East Charlotte includes the neighborhoods of: Easthaven, Eastland, Grove Park, Plaza-Midwood, and Sherwood Forest.

West Charlotte

West Charlotte includes the neighborhoods of: Ashley Park, Biddenville, Camp Greene, Reid Park, Coulwood, and Paw Creek.

Charlotte CBD

The Charlotte CBD includes the uptown and downtown areas as well as the historic Elizabeth Suburb.

South Charlotte

South Charlotte, interestingly, includes most of the eastern regions of the city of Charlotte. The region was the center of Charlotte’s textile industry which died off in the mid-90s. It has, however, bounded back as a prime business and residential center. Its major neighborhoods include: The Arboretum, Ballantyne, Chantilly, Cotswold, South End, Myers Park, Parkdale, Quail Hollow, South Park, and Yorkshire.
